Quality design cannot be rushed. Full-service design projects typically span 8-18 months from concept to installation. Complete renovations range from 12-24 months, depending on scope and construction complexity.
2. Do you work with my architect and builder?
Absolutely. We excel at collaborative projects and regularly work alongside architects, builders, and other professionals. Many clients bring us in during the planning phase to ensure the design vision aligns with architectural plans from the start.
3. Can you work within my budget?
We work with serious homeowners who value quality and craftsmanship. During our initial consultation, we discuss investment parameters to ensure our services align with your project goals. We’re transparent about costs and provide detailed budget management throughout your project.
4. Do you require a design fee?
Yes. Our design fee covers the significant time, expertise, and resources required to create your custom design. This includes all conceptual development, specifications, project management, and our white glove service. The design fee is separate from product procurement.
5. What areas do you serve?
We are based in Port Washington and primarily serve Long Island’s North Shore, Manhattan, and the Hamptons. We’re happy to discuss projects in other locations on a case-by-case basis.
