STAGES OF DESIGN
SERVICE DETAILS
Floor Plans: We take the dimensions of your space and input them into a CAD drawing that will become our blueprint for inserting furniture.
Furniture Selections: We purchase through retail or direct vendors.
Showroom Visits: These trips help in getting inspiration, sitting on chairs, and seeing fabric, wood, and metal finishes in person.
Presentations: We show different options with appropriate dimensions
Paint or Wall Treatments: We select some paint options and have larger samples overnighted to you so you can see them in your space. We also present samples from our library so you can see the color, shine, and texture.
Area Rugs & Carpeting: Physical samples from our library are great inspiration options. We decide on the color/style, budget, and maintenance based on your preference.
Lighting Selections: Selections are determined based on the size of your table, wall width, or ceiling height.
Showroom Visits: These trips are helpful if your potential piece is on display or to see the finish in person.
Window Treatments & Drapery: Retail vs. Custom
Retail: We make some suggestions from the retailer’s online website and you can go in-store to see them at your convenience.
Custom: You can review textile books that we provide from our library as inspiration and get potential samples sent to you directly.
Construction Services: Our resources consist of contractors, painters, and installers. We can also work with your existing contacts if you prefer.
We are responsible for constant communication and scheduling of projects.
Trade Discounts: You have access to our trade pricing with vendors.
